I've had my lower lip pierced at the side for over a year now, and I can't believe it took me this long to think of hanging something unusual from it for the sake of art.
pure class! a great pic, too! I love the softness of the image, the colours are very classy and you have to let the reality of a piercing sink in slowly...I just love it. Great work, Great talent, too!!
I feel so sad at your loss.I really liked his gallery and its sad we never met.He was a great guy.Do not cry though.I am sure it would hurt a brother to see his sister cry because of him.Cherish his memory.Consider yourself lucky that you met him at all.
Awwww that's beautiful and so soft...I love it. I've said it before and I'll say it again, you have gorgeous lips. I got mine pierced...two days ago now. But I need a smaller ring, they gave me one too big to accommodate for swelling. And I has tiny lips. What piercings do you have? and which gets infected the most?
The piercing list...2 in my tongue, vertical piercing in the centre of my lower lip, a stud on the edge of the left side of my lower lip, a monroe (above and to the side of my top lip), a normal piercing and an orbital (one ring through two holes) in each ear and a bar in my navel.
None of the piercings I have now have ever been problematic apart from the navel piercing which grew out a couple of times. The last time I got it pierced the piercer did it behind the scar tissue which helps prevent it from growing out again.
I had my nipples pierced a few years ago and as much as I adored how they looked, I had to take the jewellery out because the piercings never healed. I persevered for about 4 years, trying everything that was suggested to me by piercers and piercees, but I was one of the unlucky people who's nipple piercings just wouldn't heal.
The ring that the piercing in the centre of my lower lip was done with was HUGE to make room for swelling, and I was on an ice-cream and soup diet for about a week after getting that one done!
Oh cool! I really like that middle lip piercing on you, sits comfy on your lips. :3
I had my bellybutton pierced too...but pretty much as soon as I got it, it grew out. The skin just kept getting thinner and thinner and eventually the piercing was pretty much held in by a thread of skin. I have a big scar from it too. Does it hurt a lot when they pierce the scar tissue? Cause I almost wanna give it another go...I'm not sure why it didn't work the first time.
How long have you had the belly piercing in for now? The one that hasn't grown out, that is.
Yikess, does it damage your ability to breastfeed? That's something I have always been curious about.
Hahaha. Eating feels so silly with these things at first. XD
It wasn't that bad getting my navel pierced behind the scar tissue. It was a big awkward to get the needle to go through and the piercer kept apologising but he'd sprayed me with freezy stuff so I hardly felt a thing. It was awesome cause he let me watch in the mirror
I've had anaesthetic used sometimes, but the last place I had piercings done didn't use anything like that cause apparently it causes the piercings to take longer to heal and makes them a little more susceptible to infection.
hi, i'm developing a new piercing/body art/tattoo community site at [link] and i'm trying to illustrate an article i'm writing about piercing. Could i use this image within the article? i'll give full credit on the image to you, and link to whichever profile or site you specify,
