Put this in your journal, on your shoutboard, or on your forehead (ok, maybe not that last one) to show your support for the horror ART movement.

Whether you're into gory photography, love macabre manipulations, create disgusting drawings or puke-inducing paintings, write nightmarish prose, make movie props or craft monsters with make-up, stand up and be counted as an artist. If you don't make horror art, but love to look at it, you are welcome to take the stamp and show your support too.

Horror art is more than blurry photos of safety pin scratches on a wrist, more than snapshots of people in hallowe'en costumes, more than depressed-looking goths and people folding their eyelids inside out or pulling the shoulders out of join. The horror galleries here are full of such things, and what better way to combat that (and alter people's perceptions of horror art) than to keep on creating our own art, help each other to improve and inspire those who are new to the genre.

Get sick, get bloody and create!
