I said other as I think- as some others do- that it would be worthwhile sending the idea to several administrators and ask them to discuss and get back to you. This way you stand a chance of it being properlly considered.
Might be worthwhile to ask what is the best route to send practical comments/suggestions to the administrators for future reference

I voted that you should send a note to $lolly, but frankly I think you'd have more luck if you sent the same note to a few other administrators, like $Moonbeam13, $spyed, etc. But I suggest that if you do send it to more than one person, than you should include something that acknowledges that you've sent the same note to other admin. You could end the note with, "I've sent this same note to a few other administrators so that you are all on the same page.", or something. Good luck, T!

yeah you should send the same note to all the influential members because the possibilities of it being read are very slim, since im sure they get like hundreds of notes a day.. so yeah send more than one

Best bet: Note Lolly and check the suggestions forum.
Note Justhorne, as well.
But two versions of the same document aren't the answer.
Only one of them will be leaglly binding anyways.
The solution is to make sure the documents are correct and clear before they get released.
