I think that moving things that are miscategorized, and promoting horror photography should be highest, followed by trying to explain to people what is and what is not horror. Seeing a photo of somebody who looks like they have had a bucket of red paint thrown at them should not be considered horror.

I'm sure looking for decent deviations would be more fun, but miscats are a damned epidemic around here.

I've wondered though, could it be more that the categories for some stuff is just fubar? When I go to put things into the "Design" area, it's not organized in anyway that I'd think would be the best way to do things. That might have to be looked into as well.

ok, it's really hard to organise these into a priority list, 'cos theyre all so important..

1. DD's / browsing, discovery (as if you could stop yourself!)
2. Moving miscat deviations (can i help you on this please?! ggrrr)
3. photolust/GT Proj. (to be honest i havnt gotten involved with either of these yet, but i'm sure theyre very vital (esp. the latter).
4.News articles (varies on importance of news - just a photofeature or a real important report
5. community projects.
6.Journals/features (same as 4.)
7. replies/comments (depending on importance)

I personally love your journals (personal rants) and your gallery best but that was before you were a GM without all these yummy lil extras anyway

Maybe play around with 4/5. Oh and don't forget to apply the braaaaains & crocs to 'em all! And also remember to breathe, eat and sleep! Phew, i'm exhausted just thinking about everything you have to do! Merry Christmas luv x

I voted for all of the above, no particular order though. You're already pretty much doing all of those things. I think that maybe every couple of months you should host some sort of Horror contest with a specific theme. That would be fun!

first i think that you should keep in touch and help everybody as much as you can...DD`s are important to...but...donno...its something that does not take so much time...
